Louisiana has one of the most distinctive food cultures in the world, and this half-day puts guests right in the middle of it. A hands-on Creole cooking class is followed by the Sazerac House, where the story of the city’s most famous cocktail comes to life. The boiled crawfish experience closes it out: informal, delicious, and completely local. It’s a half-day that guests remember when everything else blurs.
