His background spans customer service, technical support, and human resources, where he developed extensive expertise in travel operations, client support, and organizational processes. Since joining American Stories Travel in 2023 as System Administrator, he has led the administration and continuous enhancement of the Travel Studio platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, resolve complex system challenges, and deliver innovative, reliable solutions that support the company’s continued growth.
