Travel wasn’t a career choice for me — it was always the plan. Growing up in Argentina, I knew from early on that I wanted to build a life around journeys and the people who take them. A Tourism degree turned into 20+ years across travel, HR, and operations, where I discovered that behind every great experience, there’s a team that genuinely cares about getting the details right.

The NYC Private Custom Tour is where I see AST at its best. What I love most is how it weaves together culture, food, and one-of-a-kind moments into something that feels completely personal — a hidden gem restaurant in the West Village, a neighborhood story you’d never find in a guidebook, a view of the city that suddenly makes everything click. That blend of depth and discovery is exactly what great travel looks like to me.

This team doesn’t measure success in bookings — they measure it in moments. Coming from a long career in operations, I’ve worked in many places where the process was the goal.
