Nashville 3-Day Itinerary: Music, Food & Southern Culture

Nashville 3-Day Itinerary: Music, Food & Southern Culture

Three days in the city where the music never stopped. Available Year Round | Starting from $2,700 per Guest

Nashville doesn’t just play music — it lives it. From the room where Elvis laid down his tracks to the songwriter still working off Lower Broadway tonight, Music City rewards those who take the time to listen. This three-night itinerary moves through the heart of Nashville’s story: a morning at the Country Music Hall of Fame, an afternoon at the letterpress shop that printed posters for legends, and a live Opry performance that closes the first chapter perfectly. Add a food tour through 12 South, an afternoon at Cheekwood’s gardens, and a tasting at one of Nashville’s craft distilleries, and you’ll leave with a full picture of a city that’s far more than its neon strip. Transfers, touring, and reservations are handled — all you bring is the curiosity.

This is a suggested itinerary — we can tailor it based on your group’s interests and pace.

What Our Expert Designer Loves About This Experience?

“I love this journey because it gives travelers the essence of Nashville in a beautifully paced way. In just three nights, they experience the music history, the food culture, the live performance energy, and the quieter estate-and-garden side of the city.”

Three nights. One story. The heart of Music City.

Day One – Arrivals and First Impressions

Step off the plane and into the story. Your private car meets you at BNA and brings you straight into the city, where your hotel is waiting. The afternoon is yours: a custom boot fitting at Lucchese or Manuel Couture makes for an unhurried, deeply Nashville introduction. The evening belongs to the Grand Ole Opry — Tier 1 or Tier 2 tickets, dinner beforehand at Etch or Harper’s, and a first night that sets the tone for everything that follows.

  • Roundtrip airport transfers via private car (BNA)
  • Custom boot fitting at a Nashville bootmaker (Lucchese or Manuel Couture)
  • Grand Ole Opry | Tier 1 or Tier 2 tickets

Day Two – The Music City Story

Begin at the Country Music Hall of Fame with a guided tour that brings the artefacts to life, then step into RCA Studio B — the room where Elvis, Dolly, and Willie Nelson recorded. A short walk leads to Hatch Show Print, a working letterpress shop with over 140 years of history. Lunch is a food tour through 12 South’s neighbourhood streets. The afternoon ends at the Ryman Auditorium on the VIP tour, and the evening closes with a private songwriter session and dinner at Yolan or The Catbird Seat.

  • Country Music Hall of Fame | Guided tour with RCA Studio B
  • Hatch Show Print | Studio tour
  • Private Nashville food tour (12 South)
  • Ryman Auditorium | VIP tour
  • Private songwriter session

Day Three – Nashville Beyond the Strip

Away from Broadway, Nashville has a quieter story to tell. The morning brings Belle Meade’s antebellum mansion and the gardens at Cheekwood — 55 acres of formal planting and rotating art installations. Afternoon stops at Corsair or Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery add a craft spirits chapter, and Strings for Hope offers a genuinely meaningful Nashville souvenir. Dinner at Folk or Josephine, and a private car back to BNA when you’re ready to go.

  • Belle Meade Historic Site and Winery | Mansion tour
  • Cheekwood Estate and Gardens | Gardens & Mansion Access Ticket
  • Corsair Distillery | Tour & Tasting or Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery | Distillery Experience + Whiskey Tasting
  • Strings for Hope | Jewelry or bracelet
  • Restaurant reservation concierge service
