Joann got her start as a Travel Advisor at Liberty Travel back in 2002. Throughout the years she has worked in various capacities in the industry but her love of group travel brought her to American Stories Travel where she heads up our Group Department. Born and raised in Manhattan she loves helping groups of all types experience the most popular spots in New York City as well as the hidden gems.
