This full day moves from the water to the kitchen to the street, covering a Louisiana that most visitors never reach. The bayou excursion takes guests into cypress swamps and open water in the morning. The cooking class brings the flavours of that landscape back to the table in the afternoon. The Frenchmen Street experience closes the evening in the Marigny, where the music is real. It’s the most distinctly Louisiana day we offer.
